Submit your proposal to keynote at United We Soar, our 37th annual conference, taking place November 1- 4, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas, Texas!
How to Submit
To be considered as a keynote speaker, please submit a proposal and responses to the questions below, and any supplemental materials such as a media kit, or sample video content from previous speaking engagements by Friday, July 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (EDT).
Presentations will only be considered if they include submission of a written proposal and complete answers to all required questions. You will be contacted regarding acceptance by Friday, August 8, 2025. If you have additional questions, please contact us at speakers@naehcy.org.
Keynote Proposal Submission Details
Written Guidelines & Questions
Please provide a written summary (100-400 words) detailing the goals and objectives of your presentation. Answers to these required questions must accompany your proposal:
- First and Last Name, Email Address
- Company/Organization Name, Job Title
- Please provide a professional headshot (as an attachment)
- Please provide a written bio (100 words or less)
- Who is the target audience for your presentation?
- What is your proposed presentation title?
- Can your content be adapted to a 1 -1.5-hour presentation?
- Where and to whom have you presented this presentation at previous engagements or conferences?
- Please detail any experience that you have as a keynote speaker or presenter for conferences.
- What is the largest in-person audience to which you have presented?
- What is your desired honorarium amount for the presentation?
Supplemental Materials
Please attach any supplemental materials – such as media kits or video content – highlighting your speaking experience.
Travel Arrangements
NAEHCY covers travel costs (flight/mileage, hotel, meals) for speakers who are selected as keynote presenters for the 2025 conference. Hotel and flight reservations are made by NAEHCY staff and will be discussed with each presenter in advance. Mileage reimbursement will be provided to keynote speakers who travel to the conference via car. NAEHCY does not cover any expenses for administrative or support staff, or other travel companions who accompany keynote presenters to the conference.
NAEHCY will not consider proposals for keynote presentations that promote products or services. Sales pitches, self-promotions, and mentions of products or services will not be accepted.
