NAEHCY’s Committees

Explore NAEHCY Member Committee Opportunities

NAEHCY members have the opportunity to engage in service and leadership through participation in one of our member committees: Early Childhood Education, K–12 Education, or Postsecondary Education. These committees play an important role in advancing NAEHCY’s mission by elevating best practices, informing policy and advocacy efforts, and strengthening cross-system collaboration to support children and youth experiencing homelessness.

Committee members contribute their expertise to help shape professional learning opportunities, develop resources for the field, and inform the direction of NAEHCY’s programming. These committees also support the organization’s ability to respond to emerging needs, elevate practitioner voice, and strengthen alignment across early childhood, K–12, and postsecondary systems.

Members who are interested in learning more are encouraged to explore each committee’s focus and current initiatives. Members may also express interest and request additional information about the committee application process.
