38th Annual NAEHCY Conference (October 31 – November 3, 2026)

2026 Exhibitor Opportunities

Each year NAEHCY brings together those who, on a daily basis, work closely with children and youth experiencing homelessness and other vulnerabilities. Through keynote addresses, breakout sessions, valued exhibitors, and networking opportunities, the NAEHCY conference is the only conference of its kind — and the majority of our attendees are educational professionals with purchasing influence or authority.

About Our 2026 Theme

NAEHCY is deeply involved in supporting our stakeholders so they can make a bigger positive impact in their communities.

2026 Conference Theme “Pathways With Promise: Centering Students, Strengthening Systems”

This year’s theme reflects NAEHCY’s commitment to ensuring that every child and youth experiencing homelessness has access to stable, high-quality educational opportunities and the support needed to thrive.

The 2026 conference calls on participants to center students by elevating their voices, strengthen systems through cross-sector collaboration, build pathways to long-term success from early childhood through postsecondary education, and deliver on the promise of equitable outcomes for all students.

Now more than ever, our collective efforts are essential to ensuring the educational success of children and youth experiencing homelessness and other vulnerabilities.

About NAEHCY Next

A new chapter in our work — broader, bolder, and built on 37+ years of national leadership.

Since 1989, NAEHCY connects educators, parents, advocates, researchers, and service providers to ensure school enrollment and attendance and overall success for children and youth whose lives have been disrupted by the lack of safe, permanent, and adequate housing.

We have recently launched what we call NAEHCY Next, leveraging the strength of our reputation as a national leader for connecting professionals so we may significantly broaden our impact. We are challenging ourselves to help create the most effective, coordinated response for supporting vulnerable children and youth across several intersectional groups that suffer from siloed systems.
